As new owners of a long-established rivet manufacturing company, we knew documenting the existing quality assurance process was top priority.   Through the guidance of Benjamin and his experienced team at ISO PRO we were able to achieve ISO 9001:2015 certification in a timely manner.  Our new QMS manual acts as both an important internal operational tool and reassures our customers of our traceable production and quality process. Benjamin and his team were prompt and organized in their communications and requests, which significantly aided in the ease of our pre-certification audit documentation process.  We’d highly recommend ISO PRO and look forward to working with them on an ongoing basis.
